  • If scheduling a 6 year old, make sure that there

is one extra person to sit in the room while the child completes the task, add person as guest.

    • Weekends: fish room AFTER 1:30pm
    • DO NOT schedule on top of TOTS (usually weekdays

after 1:30) or NIH Flanker Be sure to send parent email confirmation with date/time and map of campus.

Log actions appropriately on database
